If I'm not mistaken, those are both in the trichothecene family of mycotoxins. According to Neil Nathan's newsletters and book Toxic:
Activated charcoal works best for those, with chlorella and bentonite clay as second choices. Supplements that may help include garlic, resveratrol, ellagic acid, CBD, and quercetin. The gastrointestinal detoxification route is most effective for these types of mycotoxins. Foods that help to bind them include cruciferous vegetables, citrus fruits, turmeric, curry, grapes, berries, pomegranates, walnuts, currants, algae, fish, shrimp, crayfish, and grilled and processed meats. (I found those last two surprising!)
