Anyone try pinella and and side effects? Just gt a bottle.

I took the combo Burbur and Pinella and had no adverse effects - took it when I was herxing.

I also used the burbur-pinella combination (Nutramedix) and got a headache from it for the first couple of weeks. Seems like most people have zero negative issues from it, though.

I take Pinella and haven't noticed any ill effects. Don't notice any benefits either but still could be having some.

It was awhile ago - I know that I would take a dose … and then awhile later take another dose because I still felt awful… and then usually a third dose and then I’d start to feel better. So I think I attributed the feeling better to it.

Interestingly I didn’t keep buying it tho. Lol

I tried pinella, and I think it helped a little and I don’t remember any major issues with it

I definitely lived on Burbur-Pineda while dealing with die off. it greatly reduced neuro symptoms for me. enough to take me from psycho lymegirly to only slightly questioning my sanity lymegirly.
