Happy for you wild! Although I’m the opposite usually always trying to crank up my bp... though right now it’s weird.. I need it up overall but down in my peripheral places I think because it’s circulation is so bad my brain is half dying... oddly I hint klonopin is helping. I think my gaba/glutamate obsession might actually pan out to be right 😱. Anyways sorry this isn’t about
me, just happy for you.
I know the first time I took monolaurin my brain had this happy feeling of “relief at last!” Then my tongue started burning so I was leery of trying it again since I had mcas issues. It also broke my biofilm as most things do. But it’s supposed to be antiviral, anti Lyme, anti fungal. Someone told me it was good for dysautonomia too, but I didn’t get details yet. My mom has been sending out wild distress signals to all our social connections and this friend of a friend said she wanted to chat with us since she had mcas snd her laughter had Lyme. Anyways she’s the one that briefly mentioned monolaurin good for dysautonomia. I didn’t notice anything specific to dysautonomia in my brief time trying it.
I feel like almost all my supplements drop my bp and I have to struggle to keep my bp up despite them. I’ll list some: quercetin, alpha lipoid acid, biotin, magnesium, gaba, milk thistle (thpugh that one is probably just washing midodrine out of my system), lemon balm, burdock root, I can’t think of others off top of my head... you might be right since come to think of it on the rare occasion I need to suddenly drop my bp I use a strong binder which probably just sucks my midodrine out (milk thistle, activated charcoal).
