I haven't had to deal with the truly drenching sweats lately, but some things that seem to help me w nighttime temp regulation are:
1- no food/calories after 6pm
2- before bed, a hot shower switching to cold for last few minutes
I wasn't doing these things when I was at my worst so I don't know if/how much they would've helped then
