Everything a modern well equipped membership gym has; freewights + machines,... pull ups too.. Ive been working out my shoulders in all directions, and some things that the "muscle heads" rarely do. Of course the weight I use is less (but more than the average Joe), I get more "directional" variety. This has taken years to get where I am. I dont do dead lifts or other spine / compression strenuous stuff with the squat racks. Not worth the spine or SI joint risks once you've had injuries there.
