Neuroquant Brain MRI

Has anyone had a NeuroQuant done recently? (I read old threads, but I'm looking for more experiences)

I have 15 lesions on my brain, and have probably had at least 5 brain and c-spine MRIs over the years, but my last brain MRI was in 2019. My doctor will order a NeuroQuant, but I have to road trip 3 hours to a different city to have it done because apparently nowhere in Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill does it. I would rather do it this year because I paid the entire deductible on my health insurance already. Then again with Covid protocols I have zero desire to put up with all the bulls**t involved with that, and I'm certainly not willing to wear a mask while inside a MRI machine.

Anyone have the NeuroQuant done and think it was valuable? Anyone with brain lesions specifically? I think my LLMD is trying to temper my expectations, because I personally feel some of my lesions have healed -- but she said it's likely I will just not have any new lesions. I have read stories of other people with Lyme whose lesions have healed though.

I had it done several years ago to try to tease out Lyme vs mold and used Shoemakers score card for that. It was somewhat helpful in that I scored higher for mold than Lyme and yet markers for both were present. However, my scores indicated no CIRS, as they were too low, but I was still very symptomatic. The report also documented I had an enlarged lateral ventricle, which was not normal for my age. I felt it helped corroborate my cognitive symptoms, as I had no type of medical proof otherwise.
