Got my test results back… what are your thoughts?

Hi everyone, back with an update.
I got my test results back from Vibrant Wellness today. Not sure how to add pictures onto this.
But from what I can tell, I have “moderate” levels for the following:

Borrelia burgdorferi (VIsE1, C6 peptide, p45)
Borrelia afzelii (DbpA, OspA, p100)
Borrelia garinii (DbpA)
Borrelia hermsii
Bartonella henselae (17 kDa)
Bartonella elizabethae
Bartonella vinsonii
Anaplasma phagocytophilum

The one that shows in the “high” range is:

Borrelia burgdorferi (297 strain WCS)

So what does all of this mean. Do I really have lyme? Do all these “moderate” readings even mean anything, or does only the one “high” reading matter? I am trying to interpret this on my own and have no idea. Feeling super overwhelmed and idk what to do next.

did the test company not provide interpretation guide for the test you had ?
normally they do ?

that would be where i would start - in terms of understanding what the moderate readings mean
only they can tell you that really, as they designed their test and the limits for "moderate" and this will be different for every test company

that said - as girlie says - if you had a bulls eye rash and now confirmation from testing - you would perhaps do best to see a LLMD to discuss treatment

Interpretation of Report: The test results of antibody levels to the individual antigens are calculated by comparing the average
intensity of the individual antibody to that of a reference population and cut-off chosen for each protein. Reference ranges have been
established using a well characterized set of more than 300 serum samples and antibodies to specific bacteria tested. The results are
displayed as In Control, Moderate, or High Risk. for each antigen tested. The PCR panel reports results as Detected or Not
Detected. For each species tested Interpretation for the results is obtained by using all the antigens tested and provided below the
panel results. As with all testing, results should be interpreted in light of a patient’s history, physical examination, and/or results of
other diagnostic testing
The Test Summary page at the start of the report shows the antigens for which positivity was seen in the patient serum across IgG
and IgM respectively, the additional column labelled PCR shows the results of the nucleic acid testing as well. While the summary
report provides a quick snapshot of the complete test, providers are encouraged to review the complete detailed report for more
description on the analytes themselves.

they also state:
Vibrant Tickborne 2.0 panel does not demonstrate absolute positive and negative predictive values
for any condition. The test results should be considered as one component of the physician’s
clinical assessment of the individual. Clinical history and current symptoms of the individual must
also be considered by the healthcare provider prior to any interventions.
