Small red spots all over feet after being bitten by nymph stage tick HELP!!

I’ve been treated for Lyme for 5 years now and bartonella for 6 months. I’m basically freaking out because I don’t know what this is. I am already being treated for Lyme and bartonella with doxycycline, azithromycin and oil of oregano. I noticed these spots today and was bitten again about a week ago. I don’t know how to attach a photo.

Could it be babesia?? I’ve heard of spots with that.
