Hi everyone! I’m curious to know if anyone has tried this? My lower back is really bothering me and my body is completely out of alignment. I’ve heard getting an adjustment can be troublesome with Lyme but this seems to be a gentler option.

Haven't tried QSM3, but I do have regular chiro appointments (out of necessity). I seem to flare for a day or so after the adjustment but then calm down and am sure they are beneficial. Keeping your body in alignment is no doubt helpful in fighting this disease.

I see an NUCCA chiro

They don’t do the cracking type adjustments - just some pressure behind the ear.

It does work

I had an appointment today with a chiro who does NUCCA. She didn’t adjust me today…just took X-rays. She’ll review and I’ll go back in a few days for her to tell me what type of adjustment is best for me. I’m hoping this will help my back pain and odd misalignment. She did mention scoliosis which was shocking and scary to me as it’s never been an issue before. Hopefully, that’s not the case.

Bestill, based on experience, I do think some chiropractors like to fear monger (make an issue appear bigger than it is) in order to keep you coming back. Not always the case of course but something to keep in mind.

The chiro told me I had scoliosis too - mine is not severe and not really noticeable.
Don’t worry about it - the adjustments don’t hurt - they are just pressure behind the ear - to adjust the atlas.

I’m on maintenance now - just go once every two months
