Is this happening with many different types of food? Is it every type of fruit or just specific ones?
While it is possible to develop lots of genuine food allergies at once, chances are better that this is a histamine reaction that's caused by the regular process of eating or perhaps especially by high-histamine foods. Maybe try a low-histamine diet for a while and see if it makes a difference? Supplements can cause histamine issues as well. Mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS) and other histamine intolerance conditions can be common with Lyme, and can cause rashes and other reactions to foods.
I'm sorry this is happening! I know it's so unsettling when things like this happen with our kids.
