i would agree with Paul B - magnesium low in almost everyone - especially in the chronically ill - potassium next
but i would also say don't forget sodium - it doesn't automatically come up - because if, like mots of the western world, you eat a standard western diet you get lots of sodium by default as its in pretty much all processed food - so the default assumption is you probably get enough/too much.
however many here are on restrictive diets - or are told to avoid all salt by primary care physicians - or cut out all processed food themselves for health reasons - and then you can be inadvertently low/ deficient
exercise / sweating / sauna/ baths will also increase your need for salt
also ketogenic diets dramatically increase the salt intake needed - so you may need to consciously add more salt/sodium - in which case use a good quality sea salt -
salt was the biggest one for me - had to increase my intake on keto to 3 large pinches of sea salt with each meal and that stopped the cramps - unless i had a very long hot bath and that could be enough to trigger one the next day
so that's the reason there is no one answer for all - as it depends on circumstances
if you really think its an issue for you - you can also make a chart of all the food you eat - look up their sodium, magnesium and potassium content - and get a pretty good idea if your intake is in the ball park / reasonable ratios
