Should I go back on antibiotics?

I think I mentioned last week that I am doing DesBio for Bartonella. It has my count from .77 to .19. But I guess it stirred my Lyme up. Because I went from testing positive for only 1 band to 2 bands. So of course, my primary care physician and my LLMD put me back on antibiotics (Omnicef) for 3 weeks. I filled the prescription. But then I started to ask myself, should I really be taking antibiotics, in addition herbs, in addition to the DesBio protocol at the same time. I guess I am wondering out loud what the antibiotics are REALLY going to do. So I wanted to pose it to this forum...REAL patients...before I start another round

Testing at first is good for finding out you have Lyme disease but not good for gauging progress.

Antibiotics are going to treat the Lyme infection(s)

Antibiotics are effective treatment for Lyme, bart, etc
But it should be two or more abx to effectively treat them.
