Hi, I have Lyme and Bart
Now, that I know the symptoms better. I have had at least Bart for over 20 years. Then Lyme around the same amount. However, it built up so slowly over the years. Coming and going. At this point I am bed ridden. The muscles in my throat are so tight its hard to speak and swallow. My feet hurt so bad at night. Also, my shin bones are swollen and hurt a lot. Its like all off my tendons and connective tissue are all messed up and out of place. I have acid reflux now and decreasing appetite.
I have had some really good luck with Teasel but it was always too intense. However, I built up to full dose too quickly. But, I have been learning people are starting slow and titrating. Which, I think is very smart.
I want to start very slow on Sida acuta then Houttuynia in glycerine form. Then Cat's Claw and another lyme killing herb. This way there will be 2 combinations for each bacteria. So starting one drop at a time and getting too a place just below big herxing reactions and side effects. Then finally adding the Teasel.
I thought this would work. Especially that Teasel helps heal the tendons, bones, joints, etc. It helps rearrange then rebuild. With one drop of the tincture I could feel my muscles warming up inside of me within 5-10 minutes. It also deploys huge amount of bacteria into the blood stream. Thats why I was going to start with the anti-bacterial herbs first. However, I think it only gets Lyme out of the tissue and not Bart. So, thats why I wanted to start low and slow. So, at least the teasel could help direct the Bart killing herbs to these deep tissue places as well. Then, my body could start killing and healing at same time.
I know I probably will have to cycle through these herbs and take breaks every now and then. Maybe even try the many different species of Teasel. Perhaps having it as a Tea if the glycerides don't work.
Or I could go to a LLMD and start on antibiotics then add the herbs later. Or just use the herbs for recovery after killing the bacteria.
What do you think is a good idea? Thank you
