Basically you type in the meds you are taking and it tells you what nutrients are depleted by those meds.

Garzie I know you take (sodium?) bicarbonate.

It says (in the chart 1 link) it depletes:

Potassium
Vitamin B9 (folic acid)

Or you might have been taking potassium bicarbonate, in which case disregard 😀

That is a great site. I'm going to look up all I take and see what might be causing depletions. Recently found out vreapamil, which I take for high blood pressure, can cause dry mouth, which I get at night. But also with a Sjogren's Syndrome diagnosis, I'm not which is causing what. But the site you have links for Rainy Cloud, is very good because it centers on what might be being depleted, rather than simply side effects.
