Covid can be tricky like Lyme. I was close to a Home Depot saleswoman the other day, and immediately I knew in my spirit that something was amiss. Sure enough, I started to feel chest pressure a few days later. I should be resistant to Delta at this point, so I suspect it was Omicron.
In any case, I have been feeling pressure in the lungs again. So I decided to hit it early and hard. I nebulized twice yesterday, peroxide, salt, and iodine, and a bit of silver, and I took a complement of drugs before bed. Slept like a log, and when I woke up I began to feel the lungs again. Was initially concerned, but then felt assured it was herx from my treatment yesterday. Hit it early and hard, yes, but it's important not to over-treat. So I did nothing about
it. Sure enough, it receded and I've been fine today. I just got back from a roadside walk, the first I've done in a long time. I have been using the rowing machine indoors for a while, but outdoors is much better. The oxygen deep in the lungs is the best, plus the sunshine.
One of the concerns about
the spike proteins is blood clots. I take one nattokinase a day anyway, but when I got Covid I added an adult enteric aspirin to the mix.
Melatonin is good for sleep, but I've found I react to it. More BBB fallout. So I've been using Tryptophan and Ashwaganda.
As for testing, I never bothered. There's so much error either way that I wouldn't trust it.
