OSR/chelation help

Hi all im new here wondering if I can get some advice? Let's start with back ground.
25 years old had extream depression and anxiety all of my life with extream bouts of debilitating fatigue and brian fog 2 of my sisters have fibromyalgia and my grandmother has the same plus her brother had ms I've been tested for ms and it came back normal.

So all this pushed aside I've decided to have all 5 of my amalgam fillings removed and replaced with white ones this year since then everything has just gotten so so worse apart from the last month which I've felt like I was really getting my life back I've been supplementing with OSR doing 2 days on 2 days off I've been dosing the head of a tooth pick into a teaspoon of olive oil and taking it orally recently I did 5 days on and OMG IM IN ABSOLUTE PEICES WITH MY HEALTH cant talk much as it fatigues me cant go out as walking is too much and have rippling muscle twitches 24/7???
Its been 4 days now and no change i really thought I was getting better 😪
Other supps are daily magnesium and zinc.

As odd as my question might sound - do you actually know what you're doing? OSR is a strong mercury chelator. There are specific protocols for chelating mercury and a reasonable course of action would be to do a lot of research first, find someone who could advise you on that journey, plan well ahead. Then execute in an organised and strict way. Last thing you want is stir your mercury deposits up, then have things dropped half way through to exit door triggering redistribution of mercury to brain.

I also got it from famdachem and in reply to do i know what I'm doing id say the worst mistake I made was comming off Facebook and doing this without support so maybe I need to get back on as I was a member of that forum I am absolutely certain mercury is my issue my mother had anelgams while pregnant with me and I was born with asperges but then I can't blame that as my younger brother and sister have turned out fine apart from 1 sister who has amalgams herself shes the one with fibromyalgia I was going to do the andy cutler chelation but osr stood out more to me.

The head of a toothpick i started with and I belive i got up to around 100mg which flared the fatigue and brain fog and chest and throat tightness its calmed down abit this eve but its been a horrible week u get incredibly tired after exercise.

ok wow osr is 100% doing stuff im not to bothered if it flares me up at this point im just gonna keep powering through as i do seem to be making progress muscle twitching has gone down loads brain fog has as well tho it rears its ugly head every now and agian fatigue is still there if i push training to hard every leg day in the gym means a very bad day after but thats the way it is for now osr is working 2 days on 3 days off i got it through adrew terry buttigige (not sure thats how his name is spelt) but it is from fandachem and i got it of him through the mercury chelation group was about to start dmsa and ala and a member invited me to the osr group and thats the road ive decided to go down im much much better then when i wrote this post but still far from recovered i had alot of years with them fillings in my mouth i do have docters data hair mineral test results if anyone on here is interested.

A size that would replicate about a quarter the size of your finger nail still small but much larger then the head of a toothpick 2nd dose tonight feeling pretty fatigued haha I want this poison out of me.
