Positive IgGP39Ab on lyme titer

Hello all. I recently had a lyme titer done due to worsening fatigue and joint pains. It came back negative for everything except IgGP39Ab. I believe that indicates that I have been infected with Lymes disease. Am I correct ? If I am right, can anyone refer me to an LLMD in my area? I live in Northern NJ. Sussex county area. My zip is 07860. I would greatly appreciate any help.

Sorry you have Lyme disease (band 39 is specific to Lyme)

Doctors will tell you one band of an IgG or even IgM is not positive for Lyme, but they don't consider the chances of getting even that one band if it isn't Lyme.

Best practice would be, in my humble opinion after having doctors tell me I didn't have Lyme for 11 years until diagnosis, is to treat is as a positive because symptoms you have could match also.

Sorry I can't help with an LLMD, but be prepared to pay out of pocket since your test is not CDC positive. There should be some Lyme doctors in your region.
