Hi, I haven't been on here in ages. I got the vaccine at the end of this summer, bc I live in NY and I didn't want to be restricted in the city. I had some issues that were resolved from the vaccine and went my merry way.

Got sick with Covid last week. Really sick. Took Vitamins B12, C, D, zinc, glutathione, Lauricidin, Delsyn 12 hr cough syrup, lots of water, tea and rest.
Was feeling much better. .Overdid it yesterday. Feel like I got hit by a truck.
I can't get rid of this heavy headache I have or the fatigue.
I need to be able to go back to work next week, but it feels like I am going to take a while to recover.
I was researching the Stephen Buhner protocol for Covid - does anyone know where it is? I am a bit feverish and discombobulated and when I find articles my eyes get dizzy.
I don't know if this is covid, or if I cleared covid and now I am having a Lyme Flare.
I am frankly so tired of guessing games, but that is all this is sometimes.
I am just looking for the straight buhner protocol for covid. I believe I have all the herbs here, unless he changed it up, which he probably did.
Can anyone help guide me?

Now I can't tell if I still have Covid or if this is a flare or lack of enough detoxing.
My chest is starting to hurt again.
Beginning to think I didn't beat it and didn't rest enough!

I went through the same thing. Thought I beat it, but the lungs would start to flare up again after a good week. I finally just took the vitamins (add quercetin to those you've mentioned here) along with my lyme herbs, some of which are anti-viral, others immunomodulative, and when the lung flares came I nebulized a peroxide, salt, silver, and iodine solution. The nebulizing beat it back real good, and I think I'm finally over the whole thing for good, as long as I don't work myself too hard, too fast. Bottom line, I would say follow the article's regimen, and also nebulize if you have lung or chest distress.

Ok, thank you. I will add quercetin for sure. I've never needed or used a nebulizer. That combo looks interesting. What portions did you use, may I ask?

I went with as much peroxide as I wanted my intuitive idea of the surface area of the lungs to have, and I added the colloidal silver on my own. To much iodine too fast will cause herx with me, so I watch that. I also inhale eucalyptus oil fumes whenever my lungs are stressed.

Physiological damage can occur if you do not do the right salt proportions with saline. That in it of itself is dangerous.
If you just think about it, Hydrogen Peroxide is an external solution, right? It was not made or meant for internal use.

I had what I think was mild COVID not quite a month ago. I followed the FLCCC protocol as much as I was able. I took both Iver and Alinia for a few days. I felt better then got worse for about 24 hours. By the 8th day, I felt well enough to go for an outing. I felt better for a couple days, but then my “normal” symptoms especially joint/muscle stiffness, foot pain, weird sensations in my face and head, exercise intolerance came back full-on plus I had unusual fatigue.

After almost a week of feeling like that, I decided to get back on Alinia. I had taken Alinia for 2 weeks in November for parasites and had experienced notable benefits from it. It took 8 days on Alinia to have another good day. Definitely didn’t work as well this time as it did in November.

Yes, the peroxide, salt, iodine, and silver solution has done wonders for my lung and chest distress. Everyone would have to make up their own mind after looking into it. I recommend starting slow - I did only 3 minutes the first day, quite trepidatiously, with reduced dosages, but eventually went up to 10 minutes twice, sometimes 3x, a day. As with everything, dosing is key. I also found a relatively small herx wavelet would come a few hours after each session, but it was followed by a big overall improvement in my symptoms. So it was a case of expected, manageable herx being a good thing.

I took dexamethasone yesterday and my headache and body aches are gone, thank God.
gonna take it again tonight.
