Mycoplasma pneumonia no longer a “ Walking pneumonia “

I have walking pneumonia. Mycoplasma.. that affects my genitals too. My lungs have been hurting, I cough up a storm, discharge coming out my vagina, vagina hurting, peeing frequently . Feeling like I can barely breathe sometimes. Has anyone else got mycoplasma pneumonia that gotten worse after leaving it untreated?
