So webmd's definition of a high dose is more than 2000mcg (2mg is 2000mcg).
Big gray area gap between recommended and exceeded level. Hmm.

In my case, I think I will look at my past Drs methalation notes to see what gene(s) this was for, then stop it to see if I had any notable benefits. I certainly dont remember feeling different with or without this. Been meaning to do this. When I started this, I was just getting over lyme too.
