It’s not called a drainage supplement, but TUDCA helped my detox issues better than anything else I ever tried.
I used dandelion and burdock briefly but felt like I had issues there. I used red root for a long term but couldn’t tell any direct effects from it. I still use milk thistle for liver support, but it doesn’t affect how I feel.
If you have detox issues, my thinking is start at the bottom - with the gut - and drink plenty of clean water throughout the day. I also drink water during the night if I wake up. Water helps both the kidneys and the bowels.
Daily, complete bowel movements are a must. I take Natural Calm every night to make this happen. Even when you have regular bowel movements, extra help to clean this out is often very beneficial.
Liver flushes can help unclog the pipes. Enemas (coffee or saline) and colonics can help remove what gets dislodged. Castor oil liver packs can push things out of the liver, too.
I have only done castor oil liver packs. If I had it to do over again, I would have started with a flush followed by enema or colonic and used a liver pack as a follow up or maintenance tool.
As far as supplements go, TUDCA has been immensely helpful for me for reasons I don’t fully understand.
I haven’t had kidney issues that I am aware of, so I just make sure to drink water for that.
After you deal with bowels, then you can start working on lymph. I am pretty sure there’s a proper order for that, too. This lady’s videos have been highly recommended. She has dozens of videos.

EDIT: One other suggestion is Mimosa pudica seed from Microbe Formulas. They describe it as a sticky substance that helps remove parasites. It definitely removes ropeworm well. It could also be useful in removing junk that an enema or colonic can’t reach. I bet it would be a really good thing to take immediately after completing a liver flush.
I take 4 capsules Mimosa pudica in the am only. That is the method that works well for me. Two capsules 2x a day got ropeworm out but just made me feel increasingly miserable. Now I take 4 capsules in the am for 3 days max, then break. If I go 4 days, I typically have a sick day. Taking a break gives my bowels time to clear out the junk and toxins.
