Itchy bumps on thighs

Wondering if anyone else have experienced this. I’m currently on the full Cowden protocol as well as NAC and a very low dose of monolaurin. The bumps itch more at night and sometimes form a rash. I have Lyme, coinfections as well as HSV2 but this seems different then my HSV flares. I’m in the sauna now trying to detox anything out but this has been happening for over a month now. Any ideas?

Any chance you have mast cell activation syndrome? That's where my mind goes when I hear about rashes appearing while people are actively treating. Does the sauna make it flare?
