Low-Ingredient Antihistamines?

Like many of us here, I react poorly to lots of ingredients, including inactive ingredients. Pollen season has whipped my MCAS into a frenzy this spring, and my usual remedies are not nearly enough for me to function properly, much to my dismay. I decided to try an H1 blocker, perused the ingredients of 30+ different types, and selected the one with the fewest unsettling ingredients. After a 1/4 dose of it, my lips went numb. Wit so many ingredients, I have no idea what exactly is causing the problem. So I'm curious, good folks of the forum, does anyone know of any H1 blocker over-the-counter antihistamines with as few ingredients as possible? I don't have much experience with drugs, so it's hard to tell what to look out for in the inactive ingredients.

(I already have and am taking all the usual supplements for MCAS, and have doubled my doses of many of them, plus a strict low-histamine diet and antihistamine homeopathics. I'm trying a drug because these aren't enough at the moment, unfortunately.)

Sam's club's version of Claritin only has 4 inactive ingredients.

It does have lactose monohydrate however...

A lot of people swear by zzzquil which is Benadryl in liquid form. It’s supposed to be stripped of most fillers and stuff. It has sucralose though which for me can create biofilm issues. Probably not for most though.
