the helped for my bartonella anxiety and for my mind chatter at nite , even helped with grief processing . bach thought there was a flower created and associated with every human emotion. interesting connection.. like homeopathics i thought it was just water until i was sensitive enough to feel again...

Two of my relatives swear by the Bach sleep formula spray.

I had a dog that benefitted from Rescue Remedy during thunderstorms.

A great physical therapist I used to see resolved chronic Lyme completely with flower essences through a trained practitioner, particularly teasel. She still has digestive issues, but otherwise has been healthy and functional for two decades since.

For two years I saw a practitioner who used muscle testing to administer several flower essences to me each week. They tasted great and felt great in some way it's hard to explain, but I made no progress with that practitioner, sadly. To be fair, at her appointments she also did infrared light pads, acupuncture, NAET, and reiki, so who knows what else was getting stirred up for me.

Sara thank you for your input! How can I find someone well versed like the physical therapist who cured themselves completely with the remedies? Do you have a contact for the practitioner? That’s the type of person I need to see! I am not having any luck finding someone to help me. Desperate for relief and help.

I am not in touch with the physical therapist anymore (I moved away so stopped seeing her) but will see if I can find her email address and ask with whom she worked. Sorry I didn't see this sooner!
