Amlodipine and Diflucan Interaction

My mom is on 5mg Amlodipine for blood pressure. I was hoping to have her do the Tetracycline/Diflucan protocol for Lyme/Bart but found that there is a Moderate interaction between Amlodipine and Diflucan. Says Diflucan can increase blood levels of amlodipine. If Amlodipine was taken in AM, and Diflucan in PM, would this protect against this possibility? Any opinions on whether or not it's wise to take the two together? Thanks.

Looks like Diflucan might have a long half life. I think we will hold off on the Diflucan until we can talk to her doctor. She had the worst flare ever recently it seems, so I don't want to wait to treat. Starting her on some Tetracycline and Flagyl. Anti-microbial herbs don't seem to be an option yet, as she reacts so strongly to them.
