I have four weeks off from work now and have been reflecting a lot on an improved schedule for the rest of the year. I have been reading books about
spending time in flow and will work on increasing activities that help with that, and I'm able to work 50 % from home now which helps with having the time for this.
I planned to try bouldering this morning but I have some weird pain in my left leg so waiting for that for a bit. I'm also getting an increase in toxins when I exercise more and especially heavy like the mountain bike or assault bike at the gym, so this is just my goal and not what I will do each week in the beginning. The yoga studio is close to where we live but with only very few classes until the middle of Aug, so haven't tried it yet.

I moved all the exercise away from the weekend to give me more time to spend in nature. Me and my girlfriend will take a lot of cold baths outside also.
If needed I will add another sauna session and/or some more Epsom foot baths.
Monthly schedule
A 2-day fast Sunday dinner – Tuesday dinner once each month.
I will only take treatment like Oil of oregano and Argentyn 23 if I have Covid exposure or any cold symptoms. Exercise and nature will be my standard treatment instead.
