Does covid make you hyper?

Yesterday I started feeling a bit hyper, so I cleaned house and did some other things I've been neglecting to do. Then suddenly I start getting itchy eyes and a sore throat. Suspecting COVID, I took mepron and the symptoms went away.

This isn't the first time I recall feeling hyper just before obvious covid symptoms appeared. Did this happen to anyone else? This gives me a theory as to why this virus spreads so effectively.

This forum is almost been dead the last month. I would think you would’ve got some answer from all the Covid information people that this forum used to have.

I’ve never heard of hyper being a Covid symptom.

I do wonder how many people have had Covid knocking at their door but their immune system reacted properly and effectively eliminating it.

Last couple years now and then I might come down with a slight sore throat then immediately try to get more sleep and take a lot more zinc drops. So far so good. I’ve known a lot of people that got it and a couple of them got it multiple times.

I just knocked on my wood table right now lol.

Maybe hyper isn't the right description, but it's clearly doing something to suppress symptoms. I'd been feeling pretty bad the last few weeks, and I hadn't cleaned up anything because I just didn't feel well.

It's been around 6 or 7 months since I last got covid. Obviously immunity wanes with time, especially when my immune system has been busy dealing with another infection.

Mepron works fine for covid, but I know from past experience that I will likely get a rebound case if I stop taking it, so I'll keep taking it for a while.
