Notice I said stress and or anxiety because they’re similar but different they play on each other.
I post a lot about
anxiety in the fall. It’s way better than it used to be but it’s still makes unwanted guest appearances . So I’ve heard this term situational anxiety before and I’ve also read some say it doesn’t exist but I think it does.
It’s not all the time it may be a lingering lying low, Manageable, but then a certain situation just adds up to too much stress and it becomes bothersome. seems like it’s always in the fall and part of the winter, No coincidence fall and winter I’m more stressed.
Just an example I already had too many things , Projects,to do around the house today and now my kitchen faucets leaking. So now I have to do this first or soon. That was just enough to distract my sleep.
So like a many here I’m interested in learning about
and trying to correct things versus just taking a medication that covers the symptoms and possibly has other side effects. Unfortunately there are some anxiety forums or 90% of the talk is just about
what medicine they’re using and how often they take it how much etc., I’m not interested in that. I understand that maybe in extreme cases some people benefit from this, but not everyone needs it.
Anyone knows some good forums were there some thinking people on it many of us here could probably benefit from it.
