Hi there. Is it harmful if I once in awhile skip a dose of Rifampin?

Nope!
But - you should discuss this with your Lyme doc.
He should know if you’re having trouble with it.

I used to be concerned about skipping a dose of Rifampin but lately have gotten a lot more comfortable with skipping doses or even pulsing it. So far it has not been a problem for me.

I guess it depends on each individual case what is needed.
