These new super bright blue "high intensity" headlights should not be legal on the road. The driver sees better, but while near blinding on-coming traffic.
All new cars have brighter head lights than before (many are to bright) , and then some idiots replace them with brighter ones yet.
Some are illegal in some states to use, but not illegal to sell LOL.

On another note - try being red/green color blind at night :
Y'all know what mid- 1990's early LED red and green traffic lights look like at night to some colorblind people?
Almost , and sometimes....the same! these are still in use on many roads.
Think about
that.
Just another "neutral color" bright light at night, because the color is NOT deep enough to tell what the color is.
Cant tell if its red or green. Pink is not red and looks white or just bright at night to many color blind people. Then people die.
The new LED stoplights are a little deeper red, but the green just looks like another bright light. If the background has other white or clear building lights, or other bright road lights...good luck!
(Most of the old incandescent lights before the 90's were better and deeper in color at night)
USA Traffic and road engineers should be colorblind. Parts of Europe have different shape red and green lights - smarter than the US..

FYI: Color blind people see color, but much less. Five different shades to you, is only one shade to me. Less spectrum. I do not see all the fall colors you do either. Ive seen a rendering online of what it should look like to red/green color blind people, yes, quite colorful.
