My recent blood work shows elevated LDH. It was 325, which seems quite a bit over the normal lab ranges. For women, it should be between135 – 214.
What I read indicated it can point to possible tissue damage or anemia.
I had done them through a conventional doctor who wasn't bothered with those levels, but while I'm waiting to see what my functional doctor says, I wanted to ask if anyone else has had this.

i don't think its routinely tested - unless some form of tissue destruction is suspected

i can see how lyme and bart etc could cause this to be elevated - as it causes the body to break down tissue- eg re blood cells, liver cells, skin and muscle etc

Mom had mildly elevated LDH but now that she is treating and more stable, it has back down into range but still in upper range. I think the highest hers ever was was in the 260s.
