Hi all,
Few of you may remember me. I was posting here a lot in 20-21 but have not as much lately.
I thought of when I was deep in the trenches and not hearing of any success stories and how people probably just forget lyme and don't want to go back to it and was reminded that even one person saying they got through would be enough for me to keep going so I thought I should check back.
For those who don't know, was bit in 2018, worked until end of 2018 where I couldn't do it anymore, went on leave, was diagnosed June 2019.
Antibiotics, antimicrobials, herbals, you name it, I did for the first two years. Disulfiram full 4 month dose TWICE (which probably cured my brain fog).
Last year went to Cyprus for Ozone which is hard for me to gauge in terms of where it landed in terms of effect because end of 2021 early 2022 I started BVT.
I have now stung myself 3 days a week since Jan 2022 until now and I am as of next week 3 months back full time at work, 40+ hours a week, this week I started lifting heavy at the gym along with high intensity cardio.
I am not 100% but I am definitely back alive. I have some off days but overall I am pretty good. I can manage the off days now.
Just know - there is an answer. You just have to keep trying and fighting. I wanted to not keep going many many many times, every time I tried something and it failed I said I would never go to work again, or never lift weights again, or have a relationship or travel. I have had 2 trips in the last few months and have had a great time at work.
There's obviously a lot more to say but I am here for any questions and happy to help if I can.
