Hi mitchkay,
I agree with Garzie, but if you will email me, I will share some doctors names and addresses with you that are Lyme literate in private to get around the issues with sharing them in public. We just really want to protect our doctors, it wasn't that long ago, they were losing their licenses/having to move to another state or just giving up because they were being persecuted simply for acknowledging and treating these infections like the problem they really are. Fortunately, things are changing, but it's slow and we still want to protect our doctors.
As for exercising, start small. A short, easy walk, some bed yoga (that's how I started), or other really easy ways of just getting a bit of exercise. A new mom - can you get into warm water therapy? I used to love that, even though I couldn't keep going for it.
Do be sure your water intake is as high as you can manage. Adding lemon to it will not only help with drinking a lot of water, but will help push your body into a slightly more alkaline than an acidic state, which is where we need to be for healing.
How about a few minutes of alone time? If you can get that, some dry skin brushing will help move lymph and helps skin to stay healthy. Skin detoxes too - it's the largest organ in the body, so by dry skin brushing, we help create a situation so that the skin can better get into the detoxing too. And, as I said, it helps to move the lymph along, which is how the body first 'captures' toxins to usher them out of the body
Those are just a few things, that really will only take you a few minutes a day, and will help you in a couple of different ways, hopefully!
Hang in there!
Trav =)
