I have had terrible anxiety and in the past with panic attacks that left my central nervous system so revved up I would be up for 48+ hours without sleep and had spikes in my heart rate as high as 200 bpm. The bad panic attacks are now gone, I still get a kick up of anxiety when I hit the Bart and Babesia hard with natural herbs. Treating Babesia and Bart over time eliminated the panic attacks and lessed greatly my anxiety along with doing the following to activate the vagus nerve to do it's job and calm down the nervious system (all of these will considerably lessen your anxiety):
1) gargle water for 15 seconds repeatly (swallow the water after gargling) it activates the vagus nerve you'll know you will soon get noticeable relieve when you start belching.

I tried every supplement under the sun to lessen my anxiety during a panic attack or when my anxiety got bad, here are the supplements that really worked.
