These are all typical candida symptoms so I don't think it's a Bart herx.. A lot of candida is resistant against fluconazole. Also, the third option could be that it's a Candida herx. Which is very different from a Bart herx. My candida symptoms got worse before they got better, including thrush on the tongue.
