How long does it take for them to get back to you if you are requesting a first appointment? Is there another telephone number where a receptionist will answer a call? Thank you.

In my experience almost all extensions for Dr J’s office lead to leaving a voicemail. The only exception is the appointment extension which I think is 1? Usually you can talk to a person if you call that one. But I haven’t tried since they moved. I get the feeling they’ve been extra busy with the move.

It's about the same as when they were at their old location. Bailey is right...usually the appointment extension works for getting ahold of a person. Be forewarned: this office is not known for having a stellar front staff.

Yup.
It seems to be hit or miss with the staff.
It has improved some over the years.
