Mold help!

I've been exposed to mold and know what it can do. It was all cleaned and I actually felt better even mood wise and sleep wise. So maintenance painted over the cieling and put putty and bondo crap to hold it up. Now it's leaking again with visible black mold and water also. We already knew the wood was black inside and rotted through but they tried to cover it up. Also they pulled out bathroom tiles of floor and replaced it with fake plywood pieces! That's common sense not to put that for a bathroom floor as they easily damage with water etc. So without cleaning proper way, they put the plywood over the moldy floor surface that was already under the tiles. Now we can see the mold growing up in the cracks of the fake floor boards. My issue is for 3 days I've had shoulder pain and shooting arthritis pains in my wrist along with some tingling in my arm. The ONLY times I can remember this just starting up again suddenly is when mold reappears. Can I be feeling like this suddenly because of the mold? Also been super tired and brain fog and memory is at its all time worse. I literally been driving up curbs and not catching it until it's too late and me and my partner are yelling "whoaaaaa" lmao happened twice already. I'm lost for words and forgetting what I'm suppose to be doing. Only knew things I been doing it bentonite liquid which I highly doubt can make me feel like this as I was fine all along. Also I ate some raw garlic yesterday and I know garlic can kill off lyme, candida etc. But this has started before the garlic. Is it safe to say it's mold acting up again? We are also having someone come out and test the mold levels this week. I want to sue tf out of the owners for our apartment complex. They've been aware of the mold these past 3 years and I even have proof from the health department that came out and documented it also.

ya that sounds hazardous. mold can affect everything from digestion to hormones... in a recent bout trying to remediate a rental i used carboxy and biotoxin binder from celcore and did a lemon/oil of oregano mix topically for 30days just to get back to normal. .. rotating binders like charcoal and chlorella with your bentonite may be a good idea . a good essential oil vaporizer constantly running with an antifungal may be needed while you stay there. the apt complex likely will not do full remedial tasks unless presented with a legal letter of intent from your lawyer or an actual civil case for heath damages $( easy to file a motion)

mold is no joke please protect yourself best you can . i had a bad basement but if i sprayed this lemongrass bugspray oil on the walls i could at least be in there for a bit ...

Ok so I'm going to try those binders, I've ever heard of them but I'm always looking for new binders to try that are effective. Any hints on how to go about filing a civil suit? I was going to have the dude come test the mold levels first so I can bring that proof to court as well. Tilex works amazing to get rid of mold, I'm only leaving the mold for now to test the actual mold levels hoping it'll come out high enough to have a court case. Feel like they shouldn't be able to get away with this.
