Woke up with rash on arm

I’ve been feeling extremely itchy the past few days all over my body since taking Spanish black radish for Candida. I woke up this morning with a rash on my arm of small red dots. Any ideas on what kind of rash this is? I couldn’t figure it out. Any help is appreciated, thanks everyone

Those look kind of like the hives that I get - I typically only get one or two but they are little raised dots and very very itchy. Could be a mast cell response, in my opinion.

Maybe just a candida detox rash, as the candida dies off? Also look into mast cell activation, like morningstars suggested.

Could be an allergic reaction. When I started antifungal Rx’s, I had skin reactions - little tiny bumps on my back and abdomen. They stung, especially when getting out of the bath or shower, and felt sore, but they did not itch. Itchy rash seems more like an allergic reaction.
