in my opinion
you cant just guess/ fear you have every dietary issue out there - eg like oxalate intolerance, histamine intolerance, dairy intolerance etc etc and keep restricting your diet further - as that leaves you with ultra restricted dietary intake - which tends to lead to further problems of its own.
its easy to do as once we start to get an idea in our head confirmation bias tends to strengthen any such opinion without us intentionally doing anything
instead i think you have to do strict controlled trials - probably several times for each foodstuff - to be sure you are not getting random results from other causes ( its actually really hard to control for everything 100% and our illnesses themselves tend to go up and down in symptoms of their own accord to some degree ) - to identify what you personally can and cannot manage.
its work - but its pretty much the only way to do it reliably
So I'm not allergic , no histamine intolerance, as I've done weeks of certain foods, herbs and 1 by so 1 so I'd know for sure. My llmd also tested me for histamine and all that and my numbers were extremely low and I was amazed. I think the ginger or cinnamon may be killing off sibo or candida or lyme. Somethings happening.
