Herx from digestive enzymes?

Started taking Double Wood Digestive Enzymes recently, which improves my digestion, but seems like I've had headaches often since starting it, maybe a little achey also.

Could it possibly be breaking biofilm or something outside the GI tract?

Anyone experience this from digestive enzymes? Saw maybe one other thread from years ago about this, but curious if anyone else more recently has any input.

Some digestive enzymes are grown in media that contains fungi (yeasts, molds, etc.) that can cause reactions in people dealing with mold toxicity or mast cell activation issues. Garzie's answer on the other thread is great, just thought I'd add this additional possibility.
