I didn't see your last question to me until just now. Sorry for the delay!
I have posted before extensively about how I treat MCAS as well as a long list of other options for treating MCAS, so I won't bore you by repeating all of that. I assume you were asking for more clarity about taking care of my nervous system, so I'll make a list here of what helped me.
Meditation (including with apps)
Mindfulness exercises
Breathing techniques
Tapping (EFT)
Guided visualizations
Curable chronic illness app
DNRS limbic system retraining program
Yoga (restorative yoga at first; tons of videos on YouTube)
Walks
Vagus nerve toning exercises (gargling, humming, singing, laughter, breathwork)
Activities that make the hands cross the midline of the body
Wim Hof techniques
Cognitive behavioral therapy
Strict policing of my negative thought patterns
Expressive therapy (mainly art and writing prompts for me)
Craniosacral therapy
Acupuncture
Supplements (ashwagandha, magnesium, CBD, B complex)
No sugar or stimulants, limited processed foods
Treating MCAS
Time with friends
Time to myself
Facial exercises and stretches for my face and neck
Religiously safequarding sleep and sleep hygeine
Full-spectrum light lamp
Letting go of stressful or toxic relationships
Setting healthy boundaries
Doing work to resolve my own internalized ableism
Not overloading my system with ingested tick-borne disease treatments (at one point, my LLMD had me taking 45 things per day, and that's just not something my body could process)
When I was especially disabled, I also benefitted from:
Earthing (just getting my feet on the actual earth every day)
Rebounding (using a porch swing; to get my lymph and blood moving when I was too ill to exercise)
Initially I went through this list to add asterisks to the things that helped the most, but there were asterisks beside basically everything! I needed a major overhaul, and I don't know if I would have gotten better without all of these things. Stress on the nervous system can make every process and system in the body dysfunctional. Do whatever it takes to get your body out of "fight or flight" every day, for as much of the day as you can.
