Fatigue

Is it normal to have burning eyes(heavy fatigue ) out of nowhere in the middle of the day during abx with no other herxing symptoms?? This seems to be my issue right now. Also I'm still having fat malabsorption when im having bowel movements and it's not due to the abx . What can i do about fat malabsorption, I was told my gallbladder etc is all fine bt I'm still experiencing floating stools with water bubbles all around it like foamy. Anyone else have this while sick with Lyme or bart bt not due to abx?

One thing I forgot to mention is sometimes I'll have a heavy neck, heavy body arm and legs when standing up. Feels almost like you're severely out of breath or too heavy and weak . I felt a lot of heaviness before starting abx which I'll assume was bart?

Have you had any tests for possible autoimmune? Not saying that’s what it is, but just curious if that’s been explored.

I've been tested for almost all autoimmune related things such as lupus etc. I've had positive ANA at 1:40 which was too low for autoimmune and it's been the same number for years. Having lyme and Bart can actually throw your ANA off and also cause autoimmune things even though we don't actually have it, its more of what the lyme is causing.
