Herx pattern

does anyone else have this pattern?

take antimicrobial, experience initial herx which is bp drop and air hunger with more neuro and dizzy type sensations followed by that wearing off, some stabilizing, and then the pain starts in all the infected areas after the initial herx stage passes. (inflammation)
