you could probably make a good living as a detective. I have no idea how you figure these complicated things out. Drs certainly can’t do it.
There are a few hints that this is happening, if you know how to recognize the symptoms.
The hypothalamus/pituitary response caused me a noticeable opioid (calm) effect in the afternoon and evening hours. It also reduced gastric motility such that I felt bloated and farted a lot, followed by diarrhea the next day. Other forum members report similar symptoms, and there's a whole thread on this here:

Addressing these issues got my blood sugar under control. I didn't change my diet other than avoiding vitamin D.
