I got this info from this Wisconsin USA clinic website (lyme hotspot), but this vax is being trialed world wide.

Not sure if this is the same one mentioned here 1-2 years ago or not (that one had possible issues from the get go).

same one discussed in the last few years - its the only one in development at present as far as i am aware

only previous one was discontinued in 2002 - due to "insufficient demand" - but people reported lyme like symptoms from the vaccine hat did not seem to resolve

the new one targets the same bacterial protein as the previous one - which seems a rather strange decision given the outcome of that vaccine - and so some concerns over similar effects - well founded or otherwise
now exist
