I have been using an OTC nasal form from ebay.

Cromolyn Allergy Nasal Spray 26mL

5.2mg per spray, 200 sprays per bottle.

about $10/bottle

For anyone interested i was able to find it under the brand name "ALLERGOVAL" for some reason this one is much easier to find without prescription than the other ones but only seem to be available to deliver in germany so you can use some parcel forwarding service like forward2me.
