Sida Acuta expierence?

Hey
i just added sida Acuta 4 days ago, and i fell like crap. I started not super low like 15 Drops 4x time...
So is sida a crazy antimicriobal herb? i thought its there for protection the red cells on the babesia protocoll.

Yes its one of the most potent antimicrobial herbs

its similar in strength to cryptolepis - also one of the strongest

i worked up to 40 drops 4x along with other antimicrobial herbs - but i had to start at under 20 drops a day total - or the herx like reactions were too strong

perhaps take a break and start again at a lower dose

many people have trouble tolerating antimicrobial herbs at full dose initially and have to ramp up over time

ahh thats nice to know. didnt know that is so kind of strong.... so yeah i will go lower and at least there is something doing wiht my body... i mean it took me almost 2 months to go on crypto 4x2,5ml
so i guess i will be patient ;) thanks garzie
