Feeling bloated all the time

Hi, i recently bumped into a whole nother issue while treating and doing Lots of stuff.

My digestive system is Starting to act Up again. I recently get very bloated and Feeling of full all the time, paired with very sour smelling stools.

I am currently trying Out probiotics to Combat this but does anyone have Another Idea? Like Maybe digestive enzymes?

Have you tested for SIBO, candida, food allergies, done a comprehensive stool analysis or tried a low fodmap diet to see if you have fodmap intolerance?

i have this - have done since i got ill

tried digestive enzymes - poss helped a little bit - but even high doses like 5-6 capsules per meal don't do more than help a little

tried low FODMAP diet - again helped a little perhaps - but not much - fibre also seems to upset it - not just fodmaps

tried many diff stools tests and sibo test - sibo hydrogen/methane breath test negative - no parasites - no obvious cause - definite dysbiosis -

tried extensive herbal candida/sibo/dysbiosis gut reset - full on heavy duty protocol for 12 weeks - again perhaps a little benefit - possibly only because of the restricted diet during - no real improvements

the only thing that has consistently helped the gut symptoms - and then helped my overall fatigue, body pain, sleep etc - has been a ketogenic diet - my overall recovery also only started when i made this change.

i tried it last because i was dead against it - it seemed extreme - was going to be hard - and really didn't want it to be necessary - but my fiance's gut issues were way worse than mine - she was desperate for some relief - so she tried keto - and it made a huge difference for her - she went for a 2mile run within about a week! - she went back to work part time after 6 months and full time after 12 months.
after seeing that i couldn't deny its benefits any longer - and i wanted to be well - so i changed also - it was the single biggest improvement i got from any intervention so far - and quick - most benefits arrived within 1 month - maybe a 30% of more improvement overall in one step - and then on a steady gradual recovery from that point on.

so, its not as simple as popping a pill - it takes effort and discipline every day - but if there are no simple pills that can get you well - and this is something that helps - its a no brainer to try it for a couple of months ...

In the past, ive had a full arsenal of supplements, prescriptions Matched with different Protocols to counteract gut issues. However, to know what tools to use you have to identify the problem first which can be difficult.

Note: one thing that affects all of this, is proper thyroid levels. When they get out of whack, it’s so slow and gradual that it’s kind of hard to compare with how you felt just a while ago.

My arsenal included:
1) d-limonine for reflux (Reflex can also cause bloating)
2) Prescriptions for anti-Candida (Also comes with bloating)
3) Digestive enzymes (3 main types)
4) Supplemental HCL acid
5) Ox bile (never used Tudca though)
6) highly effective probiotics

I’ve tried every type of diet mentioned on this website In the last 10 years.

@running wild: i do have a chronic Gastritis apparantly. They didnt wanna know where it comes from, doctors in Germany dont Care. Pretty much non-caring idiots.
