states passing laws that override the federal law to make imported Rx drugs legal

I think it was during the Obama administration (?) that Importing prescription drugs into United States Was declared illegal.

The real reason was not safety, although that’s what it continuously says .

The real reason is United States citizens basically pay for the research and development of costly drugs, so the rest of the world can use them.

Since we are in a world market now it’s about time this happens ; unfortunately this might mean Rx drugs in other countries could possibly go up in price with time as America’s cost go down or level out.

Obviously, many of us have Imported already anyway, because they rarely check Small packages coming into this country.
