I have been focusing on the following -
MCAS / diet
POTS
Sleep
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis results
Kidney, liver, lymph support,
opening drainage pathways and detox
For infections I have been taking - artemesia, cats claw, amoxicillin, serrapeptase, wave 1 frequency device and a probiotic.
I already do supportive treatments like PEMF matt, red light therapy and use an oxygen concentrator
Plan for next steps -
Add in Japanese knotweed for infections
Next - 5 years ago I had a dexa scan which showed I have oste
openia / low bone density so I'm planning on getting an up to date scan. I was recommend vitamin d and calcium at the time but I never took it. My GP has said they will prescribe it now so I'm about
to start Vit D / calcium. Do I need to take vitamin k2 as well?
Next - Then I'm seeing a thyroid specialist because I had low T4 and low T3 (normal TSH), I also had low cortisol and low dhea on adrenal test and high oestrogen on a test so I want to address these things.
Next - I had some abnormal glucose and insulin results a while ago but it wasn't addressed properly IMO. So I plan to use a 24h glucose monitor to see how things are now and potentially get insulin blood tests again but if glucose is fine now is there any need for insulin test? I need to look into this more.
Next - I have an appointment with gastroenterologist who I'm hoping will prescribe me CREON for exocrine pancreatic insufficiency. At the moment I'm taking digestive enzymes and hcl in replacement of CREON.
What do you think of this plan? Are these good ideas?
Then once I have addressed all those things I will look further into what I can do for infections.
* I also do a lot of things for nervous system and mental health etc
